The 1st edition of Statistics for Applied Behavior Analysis Practitioners is out!
Clara presented on her amazing work trying to tackle the challenges of bringing robust ABA systems to the public health system in Brazil.

Adrienne chaired a fun and fantastic symposium on how behavior analysts can do science in their backyard and in their free time! In that symposium, Javier presented some of Asim’s work about using Ring cameras and bird feeders to collect data on bird behavior. Jacob presented on using Ring cameras and computer vision to collect data and track squirrel behavior. And, David presented on using robotics kits to ask basic research questions.

Jacob presented on some cool NLP work involving analyses of all published articles from 5-6 different behavior analytic journals.

Asim talked about using data scraped from Twitter to look at verbal behavior and anti-Islamic incidents.

Javier talked about how large datasets might allow us to look at relationships between biological events and contingencies around challenging behavior.

David chatted about using machine learning to analyze service delivery characteristics that predict patient outcomes.

Jacob, David, and several colleagues participated in a panel on data science as part of the professional development series.
