In his leisure time, he enjoys being a bit of a coffee snob, going on hikes, and exploring eateries with his girlfriend.
Clara Cordeiro, M.A., BCBA. Clara received her Bachelor and Master of Arts from California State University, Sacramento in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis. She currently consults with behavioral health service companies to modify instructional design and training systems to improve employee retention and quality of services. She also teaches courses and workshops in Brazil in efforts to improve conditions for future behavior analysts. Her primary research interests include verbal behavior, instructional design, supervision, and how to utilize data science to improve the quality of training systems as well as disseminating behavior analysis to a broader audience. She hopes that the marriage of data science with traditional behavior analysis can increase the visibility of  behavior sciences so researchers from other fields can also utilize our practices. Outside of academics and work, Clara enjoys music and outdoor activities. Particularly, she enjoys spending time in and near large bodies of water, like the beach.
Carlos Santos has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the area of developmental disability since 2010. He received a Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA from California State University, Los Angeles in 2013. He received the BCBA certification in 2014. Some areas of interest include verbal behavior, trainee supervision, OBM, education, and data collection methods. He is thrilled to continue his learning journey at Endicott College/Behavior Data Science Research Lab as well as in the applied settings. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with friends and family. If he could travel to a foreign country every year, he would! A recent important event in his life was the birth of his firstborn child and he looks forward to experiencing her development throughout the years.
Laura Weil, M.S., BCBA. Laura grew up in Dallas, Texas and currently lives in Los Angeles, California. Laura received her Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Master of Science degree in behavioral psychology from Pepperdine University. Research Collaborators
(listed alphabetically by last name):
Asim Javed, M.S., BCBA. Asim grew up in Rochester, NY and currently resides in Massachusetts with his wife and kids. In the early part of his professional career, Asim dabbled in service coordination, research, interventions, and behavioral consultation for individuals with disabilities. Presently, Asim is stoked by the intersection of behavioral analysis and data science, OBM, choice-making, social media, tech, and ethics. In one of his current projects, Asim is exploring the relationship between hate speech on Twitter and hate crimes towards members of the Muslim community. Outside of work, Asim enjoys scenic escapes to mountains or lakes, abandoning his phone, family time, spiritual activities, and a light dose of dad jokes (to qualify as a dad joke, it must be a-parent). His academic adventures continue to humble him to the following reality: there is always more to learn!
Dr. Adrienne Jennings is an Assistant Professor at Daemen University and a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Dr. Jennings received her B.S. in psychology from Texas Christian University, M.A. in psychology with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis from California State University Sacramento, and her Ph.D. in applied behavior analysis from Caldwell University. As a doctoral student, Adrienne completed an externship at Kennedy Krieger Institute in the neurobehavioral unit. Additionally, she has over 10 years of experience in clinical settings working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
